The Process
Let’s get onto a call so we can get to know each other better and I can understand more about your brand/business and marketing needs. Let’s discuss your marketing strategy and how I can create content that meets those needs perfectly.
Once we have set out the marketing strategy, confirmed your content needs and chosen the appropriate package for your business/brand, we will decide on a date and get the ball rolling. A 50% deposit & signed contract is required to secure your shoot date.
I'll send you a short questionnaire to complete, which will give me more details about your business and determine the types of photos or videos that will best elevate your brand
Together we will create a Pinterest board with images that reflect your brand and the style that you love. From there, we’ll plan all the details of your shoot—location, timing, outfits, props, and most importantly, the story you want your photos or promo video to tell. For locations, I typically recommend spaces that feel authentic to you such as your home, office, a coffee shop, outdoor settings, or even the gym. Sports and brand ambassadors often choose locations that best showcase their sport or the brands they represent. One of the biggest concerns of many clients is what they should wear. Don’t worry, I’ve got you - I will make suggestions based on your wardrobe and our shoot plan. We will choose a few styling changes and include that in our shoot plan to make the changes as seamless as possible

The big day is here! You have the option to get your hair and makeup done professionally to help you look and feel your best. If you've booked a session of three hours or more, we’ll include plenty of breaks to keep things relaxed. I’ll also guide you through posing every step of the way, so there’s no need to feel nervous—I've got you!
The balance of the package that you’ve chosen is due the day after our shoot.

I’ll carefully select and edit the best photos and videos from your session, then deliver them to you in a beautifully curated online gallery within three weeks. You’ll be able to download both high-resolution images, perfect for printing, and web-optimized versions ideal for social media and your website. If you've also booked a promo video and/or reel, they will be ready shortly after the photos
